Original paintings created from memory, emotion, personal experience and the beauty found between what is seen and what is felt.

Meet the Artist
Azera Graham is a painter and visual storyteller whose work transforms emotion, memory and lived experience into meaningful works of art. Each painting begins with a story — sometimes personal, sometimes universal — and develops through colour, texture, movement and feeling.
Her portfolio invites viewers to look beyond the surface of the canvas and discover the experience that inspired it.

More Than a Painting
“Every canvas begins with a feeling that words could not fully hold.”
Every work in Azera's collection has its own voice, history and emotional foundation. You are invited to explore the inspiration behind each piece, learn how it was created, watch the painting process, and understand what the work represents to the artist.

The Story Behind the Art
2025 · Oil on linen · 54 × 38 in (137 × 97 cm)
Painted from memory after a winter on the coast. There is no drawing underneath it — only twenty-two thin layers and a long argument about where the horizon belongs.
When I stand in front of it now I feel the same quiet I felt the morning it was finished — a little exposed, and glad of it.
